Our Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: At Collective Shift, we’re dedicated to empowering start-ups and micro businesses. We define these as budding ventures and small-scale operations, privately owned, with a close-knit team of no more than ten employees.
Pricing: Our pricing is tailored to fit the scale of your business. Standard market-related rates apply to small, medium, or large enterprises, and the rates listed online are exclusive to smaller-scale businesses.
Rate Changes: Please note that our rates are dynamic and may change. Any upgrades will be priced according to our latest rate card.
Design Revisions: Each design allows 2-3 revisions, ensuring your vision is perfectly captured. Specific revision allowances are tailored to each service.
Approval and Additional Amendments: Final approval rests in your hands. Should you need additional tweaks beyond the agreed revisions, a design fee of R420 per hour will apply. After these revisions, all final designs will be dispatched once full payment is secured.
Printing: We focus exclusively on digital design; our rates do not include printing services.
Delivery of Print-Specific Designs: Your finished designs will be delivered to your inbox in high-resolution JPEG, PDF, or PNG format, ready for printing and in full colour.
Timeline for Added Services: Expect a 7-14 working days turnaround for services not outlined on our website. This may vary based on client communication.
Booking Dates: Our schedule operates on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to availability.
Deposit and Payment: To kickstart our creative process, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The balance is due upon completion before the final design is sent. Your social media marketing and website hosting fee will be charged a month in advance.
Marketing Usage: Collective Shift reserves the right to showcase our designs for marketing purposes across various platforms.
Licensing: Please note that any service, product, design, video, and so forth within our service scope is solely licensed for online marketing unless otherwise specified in the scope of work—meaning these are not allowed for print, television, billboards, radio, and so on.
