Do you write the captions?

Caption writing is not included in the standard packages. It can be added from R150 per caption.

Do you post or schedule the designs?

No. Your business receives the final files and remains responsible for posting, scheduling and engagement.

What content must I supply?

Supply the topics, wording, prices, dates, contact information and suitable images required for the batch.

Can I request carousels?

Yes. A simple carousel of up to five slides generally counts as three designs.

How is each design counted?

Each completed graphic size counts as one design. For example, one feed graphic and one matching Story version count as two designs.

Do unused designs carry over?

No. Monthly production capacity is reserved for the agreed month and does not automatically carry over.

Do I need a brand guide?

A complete brand guide is helpful but not essential. The once-off Content Design Setup can be completed first.

Can I order a once-off batch?

Yes. Once-off batches can be quoted at a higher per-design rate.
