The capacity problem

Winning more work should not mean putting every deadline under pressure.

Agencies and service providers often reach a point where client demand grows faster than the internal production capacity available to complete it.

The Partner Desk gives your team access to practical digital production support without immediately hiring another permanent employee or coordinating several unrelated freelancers.

Internal workload Production pressure is building
Extra capacity needed
01
Client deadlines remain fixed

Production time becomes stretched while delivery expectations remain unchanged.

02
Work competes for attention

Websites, presentations, emails and campaign assets all need completion.

03
Freelancers require coordination

Managing different suppliers can create inconsistent quality and communication.

04
Hiring may be premature

The workload needs support, but may not yet justify another full-time role.

Frequently asked questions

What potential partners usually want to know.

Every arrangement is scoped according to the partner’s workflow, deadlines and confidentiality requirements.

Can CoShift work completely behind the scenes?

Yes. Work may be completed without CoShift branding and returned directly to the partner. The level of visibility is agreed before the project begins.

Will CoShift communicate directly with my client?

Only where this has been agreed. The partner remains the primary client contact unless a different communication structure is approved.

Will CoShift approach clients I introduce?

No. CoShift will not independently solicit clients introduced through a white-label partnership. The exact terms should be recorded in the written partnership agreement.

Can we sign a confidentiality agreement?

Yes. Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements are welcomed where the project or client relationship requires them.

Is Partner Desk pricing shown publicly?

No. Pricing depends on the deliverables, required production capacity, turnaround, communication structure and whether the work is per-project or monthly.

Can we reserve monthly production capacity?

Yes. Monthly production allocations are available for recurring work. They are paid monthly in advance and normally begin with a minimum three-month agreement.

Does unused monthly capacity carry over?

No. Capacity is reserved for the agreed month and does not automatically carry over. This protects the production schedule and availability.

Can white-label work appear in CoShift’s portfolio?

Only with written permission. White-label work will not be displayed publicly without the partner’s approval.

What must be included in a project brief?

The brief should include the deliverable, audience, objective, final or approved content, brand guidelines, dimensions, references, deadline and nominated approval contact.

Can CoShift handle urgent overflow work?

Urgent work is subject to available capacity. Rush requirements, changing briefs or compressed deadlines may require a separate fee or revised delivery arrangement.

Add reliable capacity
