The problem this solves

Your business may have grown beyond the way it currently appears online.

You may already deliver excellent work, but if your website, messaging or sales material feels outdated, unclear or inconsistent, potential clients may not immediately recognise the value you offer.

The Digital Credibility Sprint improves the most visible parts of your current digital presence without requiring a complete website rebuild or long-term marketing contract.

The website feels outdated

The business has changed, but the website still reflects an older version.

Services are difficult to understand

Customers cannot quickly see what you do, who it is for or what they should do next.

Sales material feels inconsistent

Presentations and documents do not match the professionalism of the business.

The next step is not clear

Calls to action, contact paths and trust signals are weak or difficult to find.

Is this the right fit?

The Sprint is designed for established businesses that need visible improvement quickly.

It works best when the business already has an existing website, established services and enough approved information to begin.

01

Your website is outdated or unclear

The current website no longer reflects the quality, direction or range of the business.

02

The business has grown or changed

Services, positioning or audiences have changed since the website was originally created.

03

Services need clearer explanations

Potential clients need a faster and easier way to understand what the business offers.

04

Calls to action are too weak

Visitors are not being guided clearly toward an enquiry, conversation or next step.

05

Sales documents need improvement

Existing presentations or capability material do not feel polished or well structured.

06

Social profiles look incomplete

Cover images, highlight covers, profile wording or business descriptions need updating.

07

You have an upcoming opportunity

The business is preparing for a launch, tender, event, campaign or sales period.

08

You do not need a complete rebuild

The current foundation can still be improved through focused, practical changes.

What is included

01 Website review and refresh

Improve the pages that shape the strongest first impression.

The Sprint focuses on a maximum of two existing website pages: the homepage and one selected service or product page.

The pages are reviewed from the perspective of a potential customer. Messaging, layout, calls to action, mobile usability and the route to enquiry are then improved within the existing website.

Important scope note The Sprint improves existing pages. It does not include new page development or a complete website redesign.

No. The Sprint improves the homepage and one selected existing service or product page. A complete redesign or rebuild requires a separate website project.

Can you create new website pages during the Sprint?

New website pages are not included. The Sprint focuses on improving a maximum of two existing pages. Additional pages can be quoted separately.

When does the seven-day period begin?

The production period begins once the initial payment, required information, website access, approved brand material and relevant content have been received.

How many revisions are included?

One consolidated revision round is included. It may cover minor wording changes, image replacements, corrections and reasonable layout refinements within the approved direction.

Will CoShift publish the social-media content?

The Sprint refreshes profile assets and profile wording. It does not include social-media post creation, scheduling, publishing or community management.

Will CoShift upload and send the promotional email?

No. The email content and branded layout are prepared in an agreed format. Platform setup, contact-database management, uploading, scheduling and sending are not included.

What happens when I delay feedback or access?

Delays in receiving access, content, approvals or consolidated feedback may affect the final delivery date.

Can I continue with monthly support afterward?
